Recruitment Process
Step 1: Application completed and submitted (closing date 31 March 2008). Step 2: Shortlisting process where panel ascertains applicants meet requirements for the role (prior to mid-April 2008). Step 3: Applicants demonstrating most merit invited to interview and/or assessment. Note candidates will be interviewed at the location marked as their first preference on their application form. Candidates will be responsible for their own transport to and from the interview (April - May 2008). Step 4: Successful candidates offered a traineeship with QR and provided a QR employment contract (mid-May 2008). Step 5: Trainees commence induction with QR (26 May 2008).
