Sponsorship guidelines

QR engages in community and commercial sponsorships, supports staff fundraising activities and provides in-kind support to numerous causes. All QR’s community oriented programs aim to enhance the quality of life for individuals and their communities.

QR is proud of the role it plays in enhancing the social fabrication of local Queensland communities. As the organisation continues to expand nationally; contributing to Australian communities is part of its sponsorship strategy. Partnerships that enable QR to reach into new emerging markets will be formed.

QR’s sponsorship portfolio focuses on building corporate and community relationships of strength and longevity. Currently QR invests in 27 major and 17 minor sponsorship properties.

Sponsorships undertaken by QR are those which can help the business achieve its objectives. This includes the ability to nurture relationships with key stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, government, industry and the community.
